EMRL.X
EMRL.X · Trading & Liquidity Layer · Robinhood Chain

One ecosystem. Two roles.

EMRL.D is the anchor. EMRL.X is the active trading and liquidity layer built around a 1:100 reference to EMRL.D.

One EMRL.D equals one hundred EMRL.X under the target reference.

Two Roles

Two roles. One reference.

The story is not that there are two tokens — it is that a fixed reference between them is intended to become observable through actual markets.

EMRL.D

The anchor

EMRL.D remains the hold-oriented asset of the ecosystem — a security token with a public SEC disclosure trail, already trading on centralized markets — and provides the market reference used to derive EMRL.X's 1:100 model.

Hold

EMRL.X

The trading layer

EMRL.X is designed for active trading, liquidity participation, centralized exchange access, and DeFi expansion — the side of the ecosystem built to move — minted as an ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain.

The Live Reference

A live market reference.

EMRL.X is designed around a 1:100 reference to EMRL.D — and because EMRL.D already trades on centralized markets, the reference has a live input from day one.

The live BlockFinex market price of EMRL.D provides the reference input: divided by 100, it yields the corresponding EMRL.X reference value. The reference provides a measurable benchmark for market activity — it does not guarantee execution price or market parity.

The live BlockFinex EMRL.D market price divided by one hundred yields the EMRL.X reference price.

Loading

Reference value derived from the live EMRL.D market price ÷ 100. Not an execution price and not a guarantee of market parity.

A reference the market can observe: deviations between the EMRL.X market and its reference are meant to be measured from real transactions — never asserted.
New Capital, New Liquidity

Built for new trading capital.

EMRL.X participation is separate from EMRL.D ownership.

EMRL.X is not distributed automatically to EMRL.D holders. Participation requires new capital — existing holders who want to trade EMRL.X acquire it the same way as any other participant, which lets the trading layer develop its own liquidity rather than relying on existing EMRL.D balances.

Separate participation

Holding EMRL.D does not create an EMRL.X position. Each asset is entered on its own terms.

Dedicated liquidity

New capital builds the trading layer's own liquidity base instead of borrowing depth from the anchor.

Distinct market function

The anchor is built around holding and reference value; the trading layer around movement and market participation.

No public EMRL.D ⇄ EMRL.X swap is exposed at rollout. Conversion mechanics, if introduced later, will be announced with their own eligibility rules and documentation.
Market Access

Built to trade across markets.

EMRL.X is intended for trading through centralized venues and DeFi liquidity infrastructure — with expansion into liquidity pools and broader onchain markets led by OCB.

EMRL.X is targeted at centralized venues, currently labeled as planned, alongside DeFi and DEX liquidity expansion.

Venue targets are roadmap intentions, not live listings. Status labels change only when terms are final and markets are live.

Sequencing

Parity first. Expansion second.

The rollout deliberately gates each stage. Liquidity infrastructure comes first. Market behavior must be measurable against the live reference before books and pools are added. Broader visibility follows only after liquidity is available to absorb demand.

01

Rails

Trading and liquidity rails across centralized and onchain venues.

02

Reference

Deviation vs the live reference measured from real transactions — observed, never asserted.

03

Listings

Order books and pools joined against the observable reference, one at a time.

04

Expansion

Broader access and visibility, gated on liquidity depth.

Roadmap

Sequenced by gates, not dates.

Each phase begins when the previous phase's market criteria are met. Phases are development objectives — not commitments, and not announcements.

Phase 0

Infrastructure

In development
  • Trading and liquidity rails
  • Live reference pricing and monitoring
  • Segregated EMRL.D reserve
Phase 1

Reference

Next
  • Live market observation
  • Two-way activity — real transactions, not tests
  • Measured deviation vs the live reference
Phase 2

Market Access

Planned
  • Centralized venue rollout
  • Cross-market monitoring
  • Liquidity depth
Phase 3

Ecosystem Expansion

Planned
  • DeFi and liquidity-pool expansion
  • Increased market visibility
  • Public transparency metrics
Phase 4

Scale

Planned
  • Deeper liquidity
  • Wider ecosystem participation
  • Continued market monitoring
Roadmap targets are represented as targets. Venue names and dates are published only once terms are final.
Liquidity Deployment

Capital designed to support market depth.

EMRL.X acquisition proceeds follow a 50:50 operating model.

50%Liquidity

Allocated toward liquidity deployment — market depth across exchange order books and onchain pools.

50%Operations

Allocated toward project operating and running expenses.

This allocation applies to new capital from EMRL.X acquisition. It is separate from the segregated EMRL.D reserve that supports the 1:100 reference model.
Transparency

Measure the market. Don't just describe it.

The roadmap calls for parity, liquidity depth, volume, and cross-market deviation to become published metrics rather than marketing claims.

Hold the anchor. Trade the liquidity layer.

EMRL.D and EMRL.X serve different roles inside the same ecosystem — one built around holding and reference value, the other around trading, liquidity, and market participation.
